WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITTANU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TITTANU and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TITTANU regarding the Service.
